SOC

The Security Operations Center (SOC) is a team within a security organization responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to active cyber threats. SOC may also refer to the physical space where the security operations team works, which typically is arranged as an open space to facilitate fast collaboration, with individual workstations for team members as well as multiple shared displays for viewing shared security-related data.
